CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS
• You can cancel your reservation free of charge by 12:00 p.m. 3–7* days before arrival, depending on the dates of your stay. If you cancel your reservation after this date and time, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation price.
• By completing the reservation, the guest agrees to the terms and conditions.
• For some stays, you may be required to provide your credit card information—name, number, and expiration date.
• Your reservation will be considered confirmed once the total amount for the entire stay has been blocked 7 days prior to your arrival.
• If a reservation is made and the check-in date is less than 7 days away, the total amount for the stay may be charged immediately upon making the reservation.
• If the amount on the card is not available, or if we are unable to guarantee your stay, we will not consider your reservation confirmed. In this case, we will contact you and ask for a new credit card number and additional information to process the reservation.
• The client will receive a confirmation of the accommodation reservation via email—to the address provided at the time of booking—after payment has been made.
• If a cancellation is approved or a refund is issued, the amount will be refunded to the credit card or bank account used for the original payment. The refund will be processed within the statutory timeframe.
• Payment for accommodations using benefit cards and employee vouchers is only possible for direct reservations made via emailat or reception@hotel-rudolf.cz, or by phone at 720 206 909.
• * If a reservation is canceled less than 3 days before arrival, a 100% cancellation fee applies from June 1 through September 30 of the given year
• * If a reservation is canceled less than 7 days before arrival, a 100% cancellation fee applies from October 1 through December 20 of the given year
• * If a reservation is canceled less than 3 days before arrival, a 100% cancellation fee applies from December 21 through February 28 of the given year
• * If a reservation is canceled less than 14 days before arrival, a 100% cancellation fee applies from March 1 through May 31 of the given year
• Hotel Rudolf II **** reserves the right to shorten or extend the period for free reservations outside the dates listed above. The date on the reservation confirmation is always the determining factor.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS
• Once the reservation is made, 100% of the total amount will be charged to the credit card you provided. The credit card information must match the name on the reservation.
• For each stay, we require the name, number, and expiration date of your payment (credit) card.
• If the amount is not available on the card, or if we are unable to charge the card, we will not consider the reservation confirmed. In this case, we will contact you and ask for a new credit card number and additional information to process the payment.
• If you cancel your reservation, your payment is non-refundable.
• The client will receive a confirmation of the accommodation reservation via email—to the address provided at the time of booking—after payment has been made.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS APPLY TO ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES AND VOUCHERS.

The special terms and conditions for groups (5 or more rooms) and corporate events are as follows:
• The hotel reserves the right to issue an invoice for 50% of the total accommodation cost once the reservation has been made.
• The event organizer is responsible for ensuring compliance with the currently applicable COVID-19 prevention measures.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days before arrival: free of charge
• If a reservation is canceled 59 to 30 days before arrival: 20% of the total accommodation cost
• If a reservation is canceled 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost
• If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total accommodation cost
